At Wholesalerlineel, we are committed to providing exceptional landscape design and maintenance services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or modify your service agreement. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and service modifications.
Service Cancellation Policy
We strive to accommodate our clients' needs while maintaining fair business practices. The following cancellation policies apply to our various services:
Design Consultation Services
For initial design consultation services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
Design Package Services
Once design work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed. If you cancel before any design work has begun, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. If preliminary designs have been created, you will be charged for the work completed at our standard hourly rate, with any remaining balance refunded to you.
Installation Services
For installation services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposit. Once installation has begun, no refunds will be issued for work already completed, though you may cancel the remaining work.
Maintenance Services
Monthly maintenance contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all services rendered during the notice period. Annual maintenance contracts may be cancelled with 60 days written notice, with a prorated refund issued for any prepaid services beyond the notice period.
Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or postal mail to the contact information provided at the end of this policy. Please include your name, service agreement number, reason for cancellation, and preferred refund method.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Service Modifications
We understand that project scopes may change. If you wish to modify your service agreement, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to adjust the scope of work and pricing accordingly. Any additional work beyond the original agreement will be quoted separately and require your approval before proceeding.
Design Changes
Minor design revisions are included in our design packages as specified in your service agreement. Major design changes or additional revision rounds beyond what is included in your package will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Installation Changes
Changes to installation plans after work has begun may result in additional charges for materials, labor, and project delays. We will provide you with a written estimate for any changes before proceeding with the modifications.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure you are happy with the final result.
Quality Assurance
All of our work is backed by our quality guarantee. If you experience any issues with the quality of our workmanship or materials within the warranty period specified in your service agreement, we will return to address the problem at no additional charge.
Plant Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on plants installed as part of our services. Plants that fail within the first growing season due to defects or improper installation will be replaced at no charge. This warranty does not cover plant failure due to inadequate watering, extreme weather conditions, pest damage, or other factors beyond our control.
Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to perform scheduled services, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your service at the earliest available date. No cancellation fees will apply to weather-related rescheduling.
Payment Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding charges for our services, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your invoice. We will review your concerns and work with you to resolve the matter fairly. Payment disputes do not relieve you of the obligation to pay for undisputed portions of your invoice.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom-ordered materials and plants specifically purchased for your project
- Permit fees and other third-party charges
- Services already rendered
- Administrative fees as specified in your service agreement
- Subcontractor fees for work already performed
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under any service agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide a prorated refund for services that cannot be completed.
Termination by Wholesalerlineel
We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement if:
- Payment is not received according to the agreed-upon terms
- You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff
- Site conditions are unsafe for our workers
- You fail to provide necessary access to the property
- You breach any other material term of the service agreement
In the event we terminate a service agreement, you will be charged for all work completed up to the termination date, and any remaining deposits will be refunded.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Return Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our cancellation and refund procedures.
